Meeting at the Brain Park construction site in Krakow

Last week another meeting took place between representatives of the development companies that are part of the Alliance, this time on Echo Investment's Brain Park project in Krakow. The meeting was dedicated to:

• Incidents and conclusions from investigations into their circumstances
• Sharing H&S experience on projects without a general contractor, with direct coordination of contracted work packages
• Discussing the possibilities of an IT application/tool for reporting H&S visits (inspections)
• Completing work on the Developers' Alliance for Sustainability website
• Summing up the activities of the past Safety Week, we decided this year to participate for the first time in the initiative launched by the Alliance for Safety in Construction
• to establish cooperation with other players in the market

Part of the meeting was a site visit, during which it was possible to observe good practices, such as system edge protection of work on the roof that does not interfere with flashings, a very high level of order and tidiness on the project and the provision of a trained traffic marshals.
