Join the Developers’ Alliance
At the beginning of 2022, a group of four leading development companies established the Developers’ / Investors’ Agreement for promotion, mutual support and cooperation in the area of sustainable development, with particular emphasis on H&S issues. As the hosts of our projects, we want to consciously and responsibly approach the most important issue, which is the health and life of people working on construction sites, as well as the safety of people using ready-made facilities. We are open to all developers and companies acting as Substitute Investors on the Polish real estate market who are ready to discuss the future of the industry in terms of active involvement in sustainable development.
The purpose of the Agreement is to establish close cooperation between its members. As market leaders, we have a real impact on its development, which is why our intention is to build awareness about modern approach to occupational health and safety management. The basic assumption of the Agreement is the belief that all accidents and diseases can be eliminated by:
increasing the involvement of Investors in the occupational health and safety management process
creating a work culture in which occupational health and safety is one of the basic values of operation
cooperation with the Agreement for Safety in Construction
designing buildings taking into account the aspects of occupational health and safety at subsequent / other stages of the life cycle of buildings
impact on health and safety legislation
exchange of knowledge and experience
Developers’ Alliance is an initiative of companies for which broadly understood safety is an important and inseparable element of their business strategy.
The best practices of managing risks and opportunities as well as maintaining full compliance with legal requirements are the basis of our operation. We strive to continuously improve our processes to create our workplace free of injuries and environmental incidents.
